Well, I restarted C25K on Saturday, and set myself this morning to do the next, so set the alarm, woke about 15 minutes before it was due to go off and turned it off! 20 minutes later, hubby awoke with, a 'thought you were running this morning?' and so, I got up, dressed and headed downstairs, found my running trainers and got on the treadmill, and 'HEY PRESTO' week 4 Run 2 was completed! and to make it even better, I hit the 2 mile stage 1 minute 10 seconds earlier than on Saturday! So far feeling really good, next run is planned for Thursday morning, so next update after that.......
