Owww! Hurt my leg :-(

I graduated in April, but I'm still to run 5k...however today was going to be the day but after 7 minutes I had to stop as my calf muscle really hurt and now I'm limping.

I can't believe that firstly I've hurt myself and secondly how utterly gutted I am. Just hope it's better in the next few days so I can finally make the 5k (it will take 40 mins + but I don't care!)

Hi! I did something similar on the first day of 5x50 early this year, took a couple of weeks for it to stop being painful so I did a lot of cycling and walking until it felt ok to run. Hope yours heals quickly :-)
