Went out yesterday along the sea front in the wind and rain. It was my first rain run and I found it quite exhilarating. Just wish I didn't wear glasses!
I usually feel quite stiff the next day. Did some stretches at the end yesterday and today my legs felt really loose - Sounds odd but it's the best word I can think of.

Well done I love running in the rain, the glasses can be a challenge my friend wears a large peaked baseball hat and just keeps her head down as much as possible but it is frustrating when you can't see where your going
Yes, I rather like running in the rain. However, I ran in the rain and through knee deep puddles and then sat in a cold car waiting to pick up offspring and that wasn't so good...
I've only done one really wet run and thought it was quite good fun, but I'm with you on the glasses, though without them I'd end up in the canal! I always do the 'How to Stretch after a Run' stretches from the NHS website at the end of each run and, surprisingly, haven't had any stiffness at all. I find they are a good way of calming down after a run too.
