Brrr it was cold this morning. I had to scrape the ice from my windscreen ( too hilly to run near home, I go to an old railway track). At 1 degree C, I had to wear an old fleece. I thnk its time for a visit to Sweatshop to buy something more appropriate for wearing in the cold.

Had a similar experience this morning, everything white with frost and even though I had running trousers on my hips felt a bit chilled. Will be layering up with some compression under garments bought from Aldi! At least it was dry and the sky turned blue as it got lighter. Quite beautiful really.
