Terrified of not keeping going since completing C25K on Wednesday I started with Stepping Stones on my MP3 player.
The beat for walking was much slower than I normally walk so I ignored it.
Then the first running section was 150bpm which I found very difficult to run to as I must naturally go faster than that. That is not to say that I'm a Speedy Gonzalez as I'm not up to 5K yet, but I'm a shorty so does that mean my little Welsh legs have to go faster to cover the ground?!! However, I stuck with it, every so often having to do a few demi-semi quavers to get back to the beat! By the time I got to the 160 bpm it felt easier. I think I need to start to develop a better running style to be able to run at that sort of beat.
Anyway I want to do these follow-on Podcasts to try and get up a bit of speed and stamina. I'll let you know how I get on.

I think a few people have found the Stepping Stones podcast a little strange. I tried it a few times but never got on with it. I liked Stamina (generally did not get through the whole thing) and Speed. I still do Speed, but my own version of it now. I found having Laura chiming in with what felt like a slightly off-the-beat 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4, put me off my concentration.
