So I went out early this morning - my first run before breakfast and it went OK until just before the end of the first 10 minute run when I felt some tightness and pain in my right calf. It got easier during the 3 minute walk so I jogged the 2nd 10 minutes at a slow pace, during which it came back and then I walked home. It's more discomfort than pain - it feels tight when I walk on it.
Any advice on how to treat this? I was looking forward to the last run this week in a couple of days, should I delay it and for how long?
