Hi team,

Decided to try and build on my positive w6r3 run a couple of days ago.

Today's run was even better. I managed to run for 40 minutes today and covered 5 kilometers!

I know I'm a little ahead of schedule but if you feel good you have to take the opportunity to push the mental boundaries...

This program (and the support on this forum) rocks!
