5.86 miles or 9.43 km!

Who would of believed it! Chubby bird can run for an hour and 4 minutes! I still remember that first run, 1 minute seemed like an hour! I have to admit, I'm finding it harder to kick my 'arris out the door as I prefer morning runs but it's not feasible at the moment.

So anyone who's just started... Keep going it will change your life!

Fantastic. That is quite some feat. Great to hear stories like yours as it encourages us fellow starters what can be achieved through determination. Keep it up and well done on the mileage you have attained.

Wow Cloudchaser you are doing so well I am really impressed. I still haven't reached 5k with a continuous run because I think that I have just got into the habit of 5 min warm up 30 min run and 5 min cool down and done and dusted. I would like to achieve 5 k on the running section so I will have to increase my running time. Good luck and happy running

Fantastic - well done- it feels good to keep improving. I am looking to consolidate 10 k - I have done 2 runs now at about 1 15. I have a race next week when i hope to better this - even it is only a minute!

Keep going 1 and all! Park run this morning but I hit a rock and twisted my ankle, came in at 35.45 :0( I have a dodgy left ankle that doesn't need much of an excuse for a whine, luckily I have doofed it so many times it seems to recover remarkably quickly.
