w6r2 - FELT GOOD

Well I completed the second run of week 6 last night and at the end of the second ten minutes felt pretty good so decided to speed up a bit and managed to carry on for another couple of minutes with a bit of a sprint at the end! Feel so proud of myself and have given myself more confidence as up until now have completed every run but felt I was a bit slow. Bring on run 3 tomorrow!
