W6r3 -you did not beat me!

After failing this run in Tuesday morning , I was back out there again at 6.30am today -with a little doubt in my mind , struggled but took it slow and was about to give up when lovely Laura said only 5mins in !but kept reminding myself I have run this before in week 5-just don't think about your legs just keep moving , again struggling when Laura said only 5mins to go but pushed on and made it. May I say felt a little pleased with myself afterward too.

Note to self -don't give in at the first bad run.
