Quite pleased. I did it and I managed 3.4km, 5.4 with warm ups. Seems a long way short of 5k, but a damn sight more than I could do six weeks ago, which, thinking about it, was probably about 100m. I'm talking myself up here! Hmmm......I'll make that VERY pleased.
