Week 9 first run

Have just completed my first 30 minute run and I feel great. I woke up this morning feeling a little worst for wear after meeting up with some friends, but decided I would still go for my run after downing a few pints of water and a couple of coffees. To say I wasn't expecting to do well would be an understatement, the first 10 minutes were hard but I soon settled into a good pace and I got through the whole run now will spend the rest of the day drinking water to rehydrate my body, but if you put your mind to it you can achieve anything.
