Week 4 Run 2 completed

Well that wasn't easy, especially as I pushed hard at the start of the 2nd 5 minute run. It left me really worn out, almost had to stop before the walk home so I might take it easier next time. This is about running for the right amount of time, not the distance covered.if you're struggling too, keep going and trust Laura!

However my standard trainers are shredded, so I need some new shoes

Well done, got same run tomorrow I'll be up & off before work in the morning .
