Before yesterday I hadn't run since Sunday. Yesterday I got home changed and went out as soon as I could.. In the dark!! I've found my short 'dark route'! As long as I head out about 7 or by 8! And I ran for 25 minutes and did about 3k at 7:38min/km, could the increase in pace be due to it being dark and having a slight time limit or am I just faster?

A minute is quite a bit to knock off!

I'm taking my stuff to work to run home but not banking on being able to!
