did r1 today and like a lot of people, found it quite hard going. I haven't missed a run or had to repeat any as yet and thi was definitly the hardest run to date for me.

I am not sure whether its the elation of doing 5 and feeling pretty invincable only to be proved that its all still pretty difficult or if the stopping and starting was an issue..

Either way, elation is over and I am meeting r2 with a certain amount of wariness.. !

I'm sure you'll be fine! Week 6 is an odd one, probably more mentally than physically, but it's all about building stamina and confidence for the next level. Run 1 may have felt difficult - but you still did it!

I felt exactly the same way ReyC. I found both runs 1 & 2 really hard going and very demotivating....however, I have just come home having completed run 3 feeling elated! I managed the full 25 minutes in relative comfort, even managing to up the pace for the last 60 seconds as Laura suggests if you are feeling good! So...my advice is to keep going, push through it and you will be rewarded in the end. If I can do it, then anyone can! Good luck! Xxx
