Week 4 - Done!!

Finished the 3rd run this morning, and feel fab!! No tense shoulders this time and the final run was a breeze - i know I'm going to regret saying that. Already planned to run on Monday, Wednesday/Thursday and again on Saturday, although i am not hopeful for the 3rd run of 20 minutes, but even if i don't manage to run for the full 20 mins i will stay moving till the end.

Nice, well done! I did week 4 run 1 earlier. I found the first 5 min run a bit of a shock but staggered through it. The second one was OK, and I actually started to settle into some sort of a nice pace. Good luck with week 5, let us know how it goes!
