Well im on week 7 now. Did my 22 min run with a bit added on as I have ocd on treadmills and have to round up cals etc lol
so ill be going for the 25 mins today outdoors which I find alot more difficult than running on a treadmill. But I know I can do it cant wait to graduate then I can start working on my speed and distance!

OMG so glad im not the only ocd treadmill runner!!! I have to make sure my warm up run and cool down equals to 400 cals or i will keep walking until it does (sometimes at a extreme gradient to get there faster) Also I agree running outside is a lot harder then again i much prefure treadmill running anyways =] x
Hi I just did W7R1 this morning. I've done all my running so far outdoors, and I absolutely love it! Not sure how I'll feel when winter starts to bite though? I'm with you on speed/distance - I'm going to focus on getting past W9R3 before I even think about it!
Hi there, yeah ive done all of mine bar 2 runs outside. its not very nice where i live for running, theres a park but cant go there after work as it gets too dark. And yeah im concerned about winter coming! will be joining a gym asap!
