No run today: got a stinking cold and feel like death

I was hoping to get out early this morning but I woke up with no voice, struggling to breathe through my nose and feeling like death. I decided that going out for a run was probably not a great idea. It's also really distracting when you have to keep mopping your dripping nose...

With a bit of luck I can get going again on Monday.
