I've been dipping in and out of this site - getting tips and plenty of inspiration from everyone - Thank you all.
I've been pleased to see myself progressing - slowly (5 runs in week 7). But today, Week 8 run 1, I can honestly say I really enjoyed my run.
I'd changed my route, doing one I'd not done since about week 5, so I could see the vast difference in my fitness. The weather was lovely - sunny and cool. My phone (outdated technology) let me down, but Laura had just told me I'd run for 14 minutes so I could use my watch for the rest. It was a golden moment - and it's going to be dark morning and evening before long. What to do on weekdays then?
