I've always fancied running but being 49 and over weight I never thought I could do it. But I bit the bullet and started on the plan 7 weeks ago, now I wish I'd done it earlier I love being out in the fresh air and feel fantastic when I've finished my runs. I can now run for 25 mins non stop and I recommend this plan to others. If you are just starting on the plan keep at it and enjoy.
