I'm thanking my lucky stars that I started running when I did, I started running in the morning while walking the dog, I then progressed to after work as 1- the dog was getting on my nerves and 2- the dark!

Trouble is that I keep getting this time stolen, yesterday, I got in from work was just about to dive upstairs and change to find a message on the answer phone asking for a viewing of our house... You can't say no can you! So these disinterested people plod round my home instead of me running out all my frustrations!
