Should I have registered somewhere to be able to get the graduate badge when I complete the programme?

I have just completed Week 4 and am now beginning to think that I will complete the programme. Should I have registered somewhere at the start to be eligible to get the graduate badge etc? At the start of week 1 I couldn't imagine ever being a runner but I am really enjoying this and I think the graduate badge would help me focus on getting through Week 5!
