Week four is done!

almost halfway! the final run was harder than the others have been but I stuck with it. Towards the end I got a bit turned around and ended up on the wrong side of the lake. By the time I got round to the right side I was ages away from where I needed to be.

But at the end of the warm-down walk my iphone kicked straight into a 3 minute run from w3. So I tacked that on the end to get back faster!

Sure I will pay for that later but feeling quite chuffed at the mo.

Hey well done! I'm also on wk4 but struggling a bit so i might repeat it before i move on.


Well done. You turned what might have been a negative - straying off course - into a very positive run.
