Finally finished and feel great! No more to be said really, apart from letting you all know that I am now the proud owner of another Sports Bra to replace my defunct one!
I'm hoping to try and up my distance litle by little (its still under 5K, so running 0.1 - 0.2K more each run. And then hopefully I'll pluck up the courage for my local Parkrun!
Thank you to all the wonderful people who have given me lovely words of encouragement to keep me on the straight on narrow!

I've been told that you should increase your distance by no more than 10% a week, so adding on 0.1-0.2K should be fine. You might find that you go a bit further but as long as you don't overdo it you should be fine. Take it easy and get used to the distance and building on it, you can worry about speed (if that's your thing) later.
