I can't believe I've completed week 4!

Week 4 Run 3 in the bag! The old legs felt a bit heavy, but I took it slowly, employed my distraction techniques and also imagined my younger son was running with me cheering me on! (With all that going on I forgot to see if Fiwini was chasing after me!)

Look out week 5, here I come!

Well done Hennith! It does get easier - and it's really gratifying when you look back over the course and see how far you've come.

You better believe it. That warm smug feeling inside is your reward. Amazing how good you feel after only a few weeks isn't it.

Thank you both. It's certainly a huge contrast to how I felt after W1R1!

Congratulations! Good luck with week 5!

Yep, I did it too. Hard going today. I had a last minute change of plan and started uphill - always a mistake. But yeeeey! We did it. Close enough on your heels to smell whether your kit has been through the wash now. ;-)

Heehee!! That sounds as if you thoroughly tested yourself today and passed with flying colours - well done! Must give you bags of confidence to go into week 5 with. I'll be setting forth on that challenge, complete with clean kit and new shoes, on Friday. Eeeek!
