Hi all!
Quick post today, went for a steady run and was aiming to run 5km in about 25 mins. I was successful and had enough energy to push on in the last km.
Two more runs and I will then be doing the 10km Greenwich Park race. I am hoping to get a time of close to 50 mins and I think it might be possible if I have a good day.
