C25k lowered my cholesterol!!!!!!

My cholesterol level was over 7 this time last year so I joined Weight Watchers and lost 2 1/2 stone. I had it checked again this summer and it was 5.3 (safe level is 5 or just below). As it happens the doctor was questioning one of the other results so sent me for a repeat blood test and repeated the cholesterol at the same time. I haven't changed anything other than I'm running further for longer due to just finishing week 9 of the c25k plan. My cholesterol level is now 4.8!!!!!!!! Soooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marvellous. Mine is highish 6 point something, so I'm hoping for the same!
