well the run was slow but distance ok

Really getting myself ready for a 10k race soon, but today was struggling with sciatic pain at the beginning of my run for the first 15 mins which slowed me down. I was beginning to get worried as only 10 days left till I do my 10 k race.

Still not bad to completed 11.5km in 1 hour 25 mins, so getting to the end of 10k should be ok but it might be dark when I get there.
