Back to the beginning

I did graduate last December and ran a 5k charity run in March but I haven't really run since.

Today I de-spidered my trainers and started week 1. I would like to say it was easy but it wasn 't it was ok though and a lovely sunny morning to be out running. I am looking forward to all the benefits that I noticed before more energy, no PMT, toned up legs, less aches and pains and that smug feeling you get with exercising reglarly!!

Welcome back! From things other people have said on here, you will probably find it easier this time than the first time. And yes, bring on all those benefits, particularly the smugness :)
