I did graduate last December and ran a 5k charity run in March but I haven't really run since.
Today I de-spidered my trainers and started week 1. I would like to say it was easy but it wasn 't it was ok though and a lovely sunny morning to be out running. I am looking forward to all the benefits that I noticed before more energy, no PMT, toned up legs, less aches and pains and that smug feeling you get with exercising reglarly!!
