I haven't been running for over a week because of a nasty virus, but today was meant to be the day.

I got ready, full of good intent. I decided a shorter 5k would be a great way to ease myself back in, perhaps I thought, if it goes well I may extend to 7k. But no! 2.5 K in, sweatng buckets I had to stop, nauseous and light headed I rang MrT to come and rescue me.

So, back home, feeling blue but not giving up. I will try again Tuesday
