I started the program again some weeks ago because I wanted to see if I could increase my speed. I did the 2x 8 minutes run this morning and was thrilled that I cut off almost 2 minutes off my time around the park compared with my first time on the program!! SO chuffed. But boy did I ache; my legs were so heavy.
