Been a really frustrating time since getting injured, but seem to be on the road to recovery. No pain now just some tightness when stretched a little so will hopefully be able to return to my running and dog walking very soon.
Wondering if I should build up back to running 30 mins or just run and see how it goes and how my leg feels. Any advice welcome

Glad to hear things are improving Ryansson. Hope you'll be back out there soon. I'd just give it a go & see how you feel - I wouldn't have thought you'd have lost too much fitness.
