I've just downloaded the Steppingstones podcast and I doubt if I could keep my sanity listening to that. Has anybody got any other suggestions as a follow on from grduating?

HELP! Just downloaded Steppingstones - WHAT A RACKET!
Hi Beek. The 5+ podcasts are just too much for us right now. We've just been doing 30 min runs since graduating and our goal is to run 5k because we haven't covered that distance with the running section as yet. We are now on wk12/r1 and extended the running time this morning to 35 mins and I covered 4.21 K and hubby a little further. To be honest we were delighted with this new achievement but I am still mindful of not doing too much to soon to avoid injury. I'm still going slow and steady and my average pace was 9.43 which I'm happy with. I don't know whether the pace will improve in time but I just want to keep it up. I hope you find a schedule that suits you too. Good luck
Thank you for replying Mazzero. I must admit to feeling as bit stuck now! I still find the running very challenging and still do not get the happy fun feelings that people describe. I realise that it is doing me good but it would be nice to enjoy it too.
I am listening to an Infinite monkey cage podcast right now and I may give this a go because I know where my markers are now for distance/time.
I am still trying to work out the Endomondo set-up and it is driving me nuts! It keeps telling me I have an invalid password and it has used my work gmail address which I am finding impossible to change. If I click 'Forgotten password' it tells me it has not got my email address. It is awful to use.
Now I didn't find the podcast (c25k ones) music too bad during the programme but doing the stamina and stepping stones podcasts I finally figured out what you were all going on about. The music wasn't too bad but then there came a woman caterwauling over the top for some reason, entirely unnecessary (apologies to the lady in question, but I'm not sure why it was there). I don't think I've done them since. I prefer running 'naked'.
