After my miserable performance (or lack of it!) at the Parkrun last Saturday I've been feeling very deflated and despondent. But I do realise that I was ill prepared for it and the biggest mistake was eating breakfast beforehand. Today is the first time I have been out since then and I did my week 9 run. It was comfortable all of the way and I finished it all. So that's good. Last night I had a pasta meal and today ran on empty. I felt a whole lot better.
Does anyone know of a site which advises about how, what and when to eat? I'm sure that is the key to success for me.
