I have just signed up for my first 5k charity run at the end of October!! Eek!! Ran my furthest at 4.5k today in 40mins, but hopefully will be a bit faster and used to the distance by then! Excited and nervous and feeling slightly crazy at the moment!! Who knew at the end of June when I started this c25k programme that I would enjoy running so much I would pay to take part in a run?!? Raising money for a very good cause though, the Stroke Association

Fantastic news and something to train and aim for after your graduation. I used to work with stroke patients and it is A cause close to my heart. You're not far off 5k now and the occasion will most likely give you a boost so enjoy every minute.
