Surprisingly almost there

Hey all,

First run since graduating and no Laura or even music, so was able to concentrate on my breathing a little better which was nice, also wasn't paranoid about bikes or other runners coming up from behind without me knowing.

Anyway I ran 32.48 mins and when i checked my route on google earth found my route was 4.82 km possibly a little more, so it seems 5k in 30 mins isn't so far away after all. Now my route is fairly flat being a canal tow-path, no hills or ascents, but that will come in a bit of time.

Feeling pretty good and got a nice rain shwer to cool me down at the end
