week 3 run 2 disaster

went for my 2nd week 3 run on wednesday started the 90 mins and i thought i was sure it was supposed to be longer stopped to check i was playing the right week again went to start my run again when i got this pain in my calf havent been able to run since i am gutted it seems sore going downstairs but i can move about ok just cant run yet no bruising but my calf muscle seems tight scared to do further injury but desperate to run again:(

That could be a tight hamstring. Maybe do some stretches - sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front. Pull your toes towards you and hold for, say a minute. Relax and repeat.

Standing, take a step forward with your right leg. Bend it at the knee, keeping your left leg straight, foot flat on the floor. Swap legs.
