I had to force myself to run today, I really didn't want to. But I got home from work, got my gear on and got on with it - and I'm glad I did.
It was a bit of a struggle, as usual more mental than physical, but I did it. The thing I'm most pleased about was managing a faster sprint than I've done up to now for the final minute.
I'm hoping an extra three minutes will be manageable next time - if I've come this far I'm sure it will!
