...go out in the midday sun!

What on earth was I thinking? Last night's rain tricked me into thinking it was cooler today...wrong!

30 minute Stepping Stone run on main roads with no shade anywhere and quite a few hills (well, this is Wales!)

Voice in my head shouted ,"go home!" but Laura's stern 1,2,3,4 got me through. No great distance but another run done :-)

Good for you for completing! I made the same mistake on Sunday. Going to stick to my summertime evening runs until heat and humidity lessens.

Viki :-)

Me too! Went out yesterday thinking exactly the same...evening sounds appealing as haven't got up early enough yet!

I'm really tired tonight - that proper physical tiredness you get from labouring hard :-)

Mapped my run on Runkeeper and not only was it a smidge over 5k, but it was my largest elevation yet (told you it was a hilly one!), so I'm pretty pleased, even if it did feel like an effort.

Not sure I'd choose to do another one in similar weather, though!
