Started this again after totally losing my way over the lovely long hot summer but I'm back to loving the running again! Took my 13 year old with me tonight and totally whooped her arse - in fact whilst I ran she walked! Totally gloating at my far superior stamina although slightly concerned that a child that does sports 4 days a week is this pants! I know I've only done W3r2 but what a confidence boost! Onwards and upwards!
