Lovely early walk, had rain in the night everywhere smelled lovely, had my strap on and started walking, after about 10 min could not help myself and started running, very slow but then I am slow anyway. Quite pleased did 3.02km in 34mins . Off for physio on Wednesday

hi and well done! I ended up at sports physio friday as I've been suffering with right shin/calf pain all month despite self treatment of icepacks, ibuprofen, changed my high impact classes to low. Injuries are so frustrating. Physio said runners can expect at least 2 injuries a year - which cheered me up, not!
