Graduation run this evening...

Can't believe I am finally at this day, I nearly gave up in W1 as I was in so much pain and I've never run before in my life, but this programme has been absolutely brilliant and now I really love running and look forward to my running days. Just hoping that the heat doesn't stop me from completing my graduation run - fingers crossed
