Very hot here yesterday, so I waited until the kids were bedded before going out for week 8 run 3. It wasn't my best run, set off a bit fast (although it felt comfortable at the time) and I had miscalculated my route meaning a bit of turning back on myself here and there. It's done, will chalk it up to experience. Garmin said I ran 2.92 miles in the 28 mins (was 2.91 on w8r2) so it's looking good for a 5k in week 9. Bring it on!
