Graduated at last !!!!

I have at last graduated. I planned a 5k run around a new route for my graduation run thinking I would at least have done 5k. However due to doggy doo doo dodging and eating far more midges than is healthy for me I had to cut my run short. I still completed the 30 mins though so as far as i am concerned it still counts. I feel great, never thought I would be ale to do this but feel an enormous sense of achievement now. If I can do this I can do anything! Thanks to all for your support, it got me through the down days.

Congratulations on graduating, it doesn't matter if you don't make 5k, as long as you run for 30 mins.

There is plenty of protein in them midges!
