After Monday's disaterous run I decided to go first thing this morning and it was so much better! I cover 5.16K in 30 mins. Absolutely thrilled and can't wait to graduate now

Fantastic - well done! 
I thought about going for a run this morning, then remembered I'd done one last night, and am going out tonight for a gentle run with a friend, so went back to sleep instead! 
Maybe if I was a bit more committed, I'd get to the 5K in 30 milestone...
Wow you're fast, I only did 4km in 30mins, i'd better step up my pace!
