I was unsure as to whether I should attempt this as my cold has moved onto my chest and I've been coughing so much. However I thought I would give it a go and off I went in my new running shoes and with my hubby along side for support. I did my usual slow pace and concentrated on my breathing - I try breathing in for 4 and out for 4. This worked fairly well throughout but it was my legs that tired the most. I kept going through the runs and Laura was very encouraging but the last minute of that last run seemed an eternity. My husband and I were elated when the last run ended and high fiving each other like crazy.
