After a 4 day break due to sore knees and family comittments I was a little wary of doing Week 4 Run 1 but I decided to listen to Laura and try.
Also as others have recommended on here you can try the next week and if you find you really can't do it you can return to the previous week.
Well I suprised myself. It was hard going, my knees are not great and I think I did flag towards the end but I bl**dy did it!
I wonder if Laura realises what a difference she is making to so many lives?
