I like the heat

Had a good run today in the hot weather. its not as hot here in scotland as the rest of Uk, but was close to 24 today.

I actually enjoyed running in the heat, yes its hard work, and yes I look like a well cooked beetroot, but I don't feel too hot doing the actual run. So considering taking the running gear to Greece for early morning runs in about 10 days time.
