Just what was I worried about? Everything was perfect today: the weather was warm, not too hot, the breeze was billowing, not gusting, the sun was out, but there were just the right amount of clouds, the breathing was right, the pace was right ergo perfect run, only slightly out of breath on the first 3 min run, both the 5 mins were perfect I felt on top of the world can't wait for run 2 hope it is as good
