W9 R3 - Ready, Steady, No Go

After a great couple of weeks running up to the final run, and a PB distance on W9R2, I have now gone down with a cold / virus. Physically ache from my back down which is surely not all due to my last run (4 days ago), and blocked nose and sore throat. So annoying. This time last week I truly felt the best I had in years. Probably over 10 years! Now I have just gone to rock bottom. Thinking about re doing W9 when I am better.

Don't let it get to you. I know the timing of you getting ill is annoying. I'm also on week 9 and I can't wait to graduate. Just give yourself some time to recover and then go for it! I'm sure you'll don great! :)
